With an extensive background in Real Estate, Construction & Development, Greg Stephens founded Stephens Companies in 2006. Mr. Stephens main focus is developing the company into a tight knit organization that can handle all types of transactions from residential sales and leasing up to extensive commercial acquisitions, leasing and property management. Some of Mr. Stephens real estate education has been obtained in numerous seminars, required continuing education classes as well as in the classrooms of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), an intense program focusing on commercial investment property, commercial leasing, finance, and marketing. Julie Stephens is the Vice President and CFO of Stephens Companies. Her duties include all accounts payables and accounts recievables, as well as assiting in investment decisions for Stephens Companies. Julie is also a teacher within San Marcos Unified School District, and has been for 11 years. Julie has a Masters Degree from Cal State University San Marcos, and will begin on her PhD within the next 18 months. Julie is extremely involved in the community and she enjoys volunteering with San Marcos Pop Warner, San Marcos Youth Baseball, and San Marcos Youth Basketball, just to name a few organizations. Julie is the wife of Greg Stephens.
